Every person who embarks on a legal process journey should be prepared to share a fair amount of information with the attorney's office.  Here, at Tenant's Clinic, we call it the Boarding Process Stage.  Some other attorneys may call it “intake.”

We designed this particular Stage to gather information from you to begin the case evaluation process and to draft the retainer agreement.  Once you tell us that you are ready to proceed, we make an online interview available for you to complete.

Once you complete the interview, we inform you of the documents that we need, and we advise you on how to best get those documents to us.

Once you submit your documents, we have a file to perform a cursory review and, hopefully, we will have enough information to proceed to the next stage.   In most cases, we suggest that tenants proceed to the Quick Demand Stage.
