After reviewing your documents and developing a customized strategy, we discuss the customized strategy and provide you with customized advice.  We study your records, advise you, develop your customized strategy. Then, we arm you with advice and well wishes. Then, we send you on your way to execute.  Therefore, this option is for those tenants who don't mind drafting their own documents, filing their own initial documents with the court system, and negotiating or dealing directly with the court, their landlord, or the landlord's agent.

What if you get stuck?  What if you cannot figure something out?  That's perfectly fine; you'll have the option to schedule a priority conference with an attorney at a discounted rate.

THE PROCESS

Once you let us know that you're ready to proceed, we will send you an invoice and retainer.  Once the retainers are signed and payment has been collected, we move to the next stage.

Next, we will download your eviction documents from the court's website and request your documents/evidence.  Upon receiving these items from you, we prioritize scheduling your strategy session with a licensed attorney.
